David is a trainer who is knowledgeable in all areas of health and fitness. He wants his clients to succeed and develops programs to help ensure success. He is very positive, but at the same time is able to push you to do things you never thought you could do. To date, I have lost 90 pounds, took up running, and have run two half marathons. I am getting ready to run my next half marathon and am hoping to do it in under three hours. With David's help, I am looking to make my goal weight by the end of this summer.

I have been working out with David for over a year now and I have to say the results are second to none! I have always been an active person, but my workouts lacked focus and challenge. One of the biggest benefits is the core strength I have gained. I am a critical care nurse and my job requires me to lift heavy people on a daily basis.
