Personal Training
Personal training sessions are 50 minute sessions with David Troupin. Gym membership is not required to purchase personal training services.

Personal Training Sessions Include:
- Water
- Towel
- Self-Myofascial Release/Static Stretching (5-10 Minutes)
- Cardio Warm-up (5-10 Minutes)
- 50 Minute Personal Training Session
Weekly Consultation on:
- Food Intake
- Nutrition
- Cardio Program
- Resistance Training Program
Weekly to Bi-Weekly Changes to Workout Program
Monthly Circumference/Body Fat % Measurements or upon request
