When I found myself barely able to make it up the stairs after walking my dog around the block, I knew it was time to do something about my weight and my health! I started on Nutrisystem, which helped me learn how to eat better, and I lost about 25 pounds. However, I hit a plateau in my weight loss, and I was not able to make any more progress. I had started running and training for my first half marathon, when I injured my knee. I realized I was delving into uncharted territory, and I was going to need help from someone who could coach me through it. In the 6 months I’ve been working with David, I have pushed through my plateau, lost another 10-15 pounds, finished my half marathon, made significant improvements in my cycling abilities, and put on a noticeable amount of lean muscle.
