I was referred to David by a friend and, like most everyone I encounter, was a little skeptical about paying someone to show me how to work out. I kept up on the latest workouts that littered the pages of popular fitness magazines, threw a couple healthy recipe fads into my "diet," and made sure to make the daily updates on my iPod workout mix. I kept thinking to myself, 'what could this guy teach me that I wouldn't be able to learn on my own?'
I realized shortly that I not only lacked the time required to master the many facets of fitness but that I lacked focus and direction as well. David identified my needs quickly and formed a workout and nutrition plan that was goal-driven, realistic, and specific to my needs and abilities. My workouts with David change every week which keeps things interesting and forces my body to adapt. Its encouraging and motivating to see that I'm able to do each new crazy exercises he demonstrates week after week. The moment I think all of the hard work is not paying off David throws a brand new challenge in front of me and I continue to improve. My long work hours as a nurse make it hard to stick to a daily cardio and nutrition plan but working out with David on off days makes up for those missed. I've never been happier with myself and I've never looked better.
