“David is a trainer who is knowledgeable in all areas of health and fitness. He wants his clients to succeed and develops programs to help ensure success. He is very positive, but at the same time is able to push you to do things you never thought you could do. To date, I have lost 90 pounds, took up running, and have run two half marathons. I am getting ready to run my next half marathon and am hoping to do it in under three hours. With David’s help, I am looking to make my goal weight by the end of this summer.”
