Sam's Before & After

Before working with David, I knew that I was out of shape but I had forgotten what being in shape felt like. I was weak and scrawny and barely eating 1000 calories per day. When David set up my training regimen, he took a personalized approach to address the inadequacies in my diet and designed a routine that wouldn’t put too much stress on my body before I could burn out. Thankfully David’s approach built a base level of muscle and strength before I had a chance to either wear myself out prematurely, or worse, injure myself. By following David’s diet and exercise plan I was able to put on 35 pounds in nine months and remain fairly lean at the same time.
