I reached out to Dave to get a second opinion on my current nutrition/exercise plan. He analyzed my food journal and encouraged me to track my macros and sodium intake to truly see what I was eating on a daily basis. I set the goal of having a Fitness photo shoot and we trained for 10 weeks. Within that time, I lost 7 lbs and 2 inches from my waist. I would send Dave my nutrition journal every week and if I was a day late, he’d keep tabs on me. He’s was always in the back of my head because I didn’t want to disappoint.
