Dave can help you find your body’s resting metabolic rate, target caloric intake, target caloric burn, and identifying any obstacles that may come your way, so you can have your ideal balanced fitness program.

Dave helps clients in creating custom nutrition programs using flexible diet plans. He uses the latest tools from calorie tracking apps and websites to wearables to help tracking daily activity. He constantly adapts client workouts to our clients ensure constant progress towards their goals.

Corrective Exercise Training/Injury Rehabilitation


Dave uses NASM’s proprietary Corrective Exercise Continuum, a system of training that uses corrective exercise strategies to help improve muscle imbalances and movement efficiency to decrease the risk of injury. He covers the rationale for corrective exercise training, assessments of health risk, static postural assessments, range of motion assessments, and strength assessments (manual muscle testing) as well as corrective exercise strategies for the cervical spine, elbow, wrist, knees, and more. He teaches self-myofascial release, static stretching, neuromuscular stretching, isolated strength training, positional isometrics, and integrated dynamic movements in addition to our strength training programs.

Dave provides customized nutrition plans to fit your lifestyle and specific fitness goals. He utilizes proven scientific methods and the latest technology from smart phone Apps such as MyFitnessPal to wearable such as the FitBit or Apple Watch and smartphones with built-in pedometers to track your daily movement and caloric expenditures. He offers flexible diet plans to customized meal plans for each individual client upon request. Dave will take you grocery shopping and teach in home meal preparation.
